CA Inter and CMA inter are considered professional qualification having their own market.
Many Government and private organisation prefer to hire those with the intermediate qualification of CA or CMA for entry-level and mid-level accounting/finance positions.

A candidate should have passed Senior Secondary School Examination (10+2)and Foundation Course of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
Graduation in any discipline other than Fine Arts.
Passed Foundation of ICSI/Intermediate of ICAI by what ever name called along with 10+2

The registration itself for Inter is going to cost a sum of Rs 20000 and a seperate coaching fee at any institute. It is to consume a years time at minimum after having qualified both the groups and the physical training of 6 months to move onto CA final.

There are many institutes all over INDIA providing coaching for CMA examinations for all the stages of examinations.
